Birth-work is an ancestral journey and gift for me. Using the brilliant and beautiful knowledge from Adrienne Maree Brown's Pleasure Activism and bell hooks All About Love, I center my practice as a doula around love (as an action), radical honesty, and community building. This includes collaboration, centering your needs and desires, and creating an individualized framework for your care.
As a Full-Spectrum Doula I am trained to help with prenatal, birth, postpartum, abortions, miscarriages, and stillbirths. A doula can provide information and some guidance on what you can expect, and can be your advocate in the midst of hospital staff and experiences.
I got into this work because I felt called to how birth-work and reproductive justice are liberatory work. I am committed to the freedom of all people and am dedicated to centering the most marginalized bodies and doing so in a framework that is queer-affirming and works to dismantle all systems of oppression.

As a doula in training, my services are volunteer and therefore free. I am connected to a wide network of seasoned doulas and each service comes with a consultation meeting to get to know each other and your needs. If we align, I will create an individualized plan based on what kind of support you need and where you are in your reproductive journey. I have the following certifications:
